Pelvic floor and muscle descent can lead to a variety of problems.

We can help patients raise their pelvic floor and better align internal issues to help address the following issues:

  5. Low Back Pain and Sacroiliac Joint Pain
  6. Radiating Pain into the Legs, Hips, Knee and Foot Joints
  7. Sleep Disturbance due to Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) Dysfunction

Pelvic physical therapy treatments may address the following issues:

  1. Therapeutic Exercises to Elevate the Pelvic Floor and Realign Internal Organs
  2. Diaphragmatic Breathing and Balancing of the ANS
